Several reasons can explain why MicroBot Alert is not updating. While updating your MicroBot:
1. Do not exit the MicroBot Alert app.
If you exit the app, you will need to start again the updating process.
2. Make sure that you have a stable connection to your MicroBot during the update.
Your MicroBot Alert must be connected to your phone, Soft Hub or MicroBot Hub (via Bluetooth).
Your phone, Soft Hub or MicroBot Hub must be connected to the Internet.
