There are three suspicious things for frozen Prota:
1. Disconnected to the network
Make sure your Prota is connected to your network.
2. Stuck with updating/booting.
If you suffer from this issue, it may be stuck with those procedures. To solve this issue, simply reboot your Prota. If the problem persists, please contact to MicroBot support team.
3. Hardware defective
In this case, MicroBot support team can check whether it's defective or not. You need to check if your Prota is getting unusually hot. Sometimes, Prota stops all procedures due to the environment around it. It's a very special case.
