When your order and its payment are confirmed, you will receive a receipt issued by MicroBot via email.
In case you are not sure whether your order and payment were approved or if your order and payment did not seem to work, it is usually due to a payment issue. If your account is out of a balance or your card company has blocked the payment, even though it seems like the payment is completed, the system doesn't create the order.
In this case, please follow these steps to checked whether your order and payment were approved (or not):
1. Please check your account and see whether the order was paid or not. The order amount must not have been credited.
2. Please try ordering once again on our website.
3. If the new order fails again, please contact your card (bank) company.
